This Full Moon is marked for the first hard frost and when beavers are active creating their winter dams, how are you creating solace for yourself in the darkest months? The full moon phase is about celebration and gratitude. Give gratitude to give thanks for all the existing blessings, gifts, wisdom and experiences in your life. Acknowledge all the things you have manifested so far - if your intentions are still new you may only see small changes, but the power of gratitude combined with the full moon will supercharge your manifestation energy.

The full moon amplifies emotional sensitivity, and can bring up intense feelings which can often be overwhelming but clarifying.

We will begin with a Cacao Ceremony to open, connect our hearts to our highest selves that will give space to “innerstand”. The Cacao will be complimented with Cardamom & Vanilla.

Oracle & Tarot cards are in the altar to divine with if you feel called to.

We will each craft our own Yule Spiral Countdown. Made with salt dough, adorned with magical herbs, evergreens & Yule creativity. Used to bring protection, prosperity.

We will then draw down the power of the full moon through Jessie’s led Energy Reset Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is the state of consciousness between awake and sleeping. “In yoga nidra, the practitioner enters their alpha state and their focus shifts to the third eye chakra(sahasrara). It also stimulates the hormones in the pineal gland, which releases melatonin -- a horomone that reduces stress, boosts the immune system and helps prevent illness. Regular practice helps harmonize the brain hemispheres, promoting better mental performance.”
